Evening Receptionist

We are looking for a couple of volunteers to serve weekly (or bi-weekly) as receptionist on Tuesday or Thursday evenings from 4 pm until 8 pm in our New Albany office. This is considered an "A Team" assignment. When filling out the volunteer application, please choose "A Team" under "Area of Service."
A Team – A person on the A Team will help with Administrative tasks. You may greet clients, answer phones, organize, or have a special support project. You will learn how to use our client database and scheduling system. We also use Word and Excel for many documents.
